Free tracked shipping

Every order ships free, with tracking, worldwide.

Processing time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Priority Processing orders are packed and shipped first.

Delivery time

Your estimated delivery date is shown on the product page, right above the buy button. Delivery usually takes 7-12 business days for the United States and 8-15 business days for other countries.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with your tracking number.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, contact us at noa.heintz8@gmail.com. Orders with Shipping Protection are reshipped or refunded.

Customs

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
